We work as a subcontractor and teaming partner. A3 is not seeking prime roles on large vehicles. We are built to plug into a prime's existing contract and perform defined scope well.
 

We support FAR 52.219-9 subcontracting plans. For primes carrying small business subcontracting obligations, we perform in NAICS 541512, 541519, 541513, and 541611.

We commit to scope we can staff. We will tell you what we can realistically cover and what we cannot. We would rather decline -a task than accept one we cannot perform to standard on your contract.
 

We move at proposal speed. Our principals make decisions directly — no committee, no delay in returning a teaming agreement, letter of commitment, or resume package.
 

We are open on terms. Subcontract, teaming agreement, or a letter of intent for a pursuit. Tell us what your contracts group prefers, and we will work within it.
